Shipping policy

D&D Detailing aims to dispatch goods on the same day or the very next working day for orders received up until 4pm. All orders are shipped via next-day courier. Whilst this is a next day service it may take 2 days to reach more remote parts of the country.

Our orders are shipped via DPD for a flat rate of €10.

Free delivery cut off within the island of Ireland is €100.

Delivery Balkans ( Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia ) - €64.

Delivery to the UK

We are able to deliver orders to the UK under £135/€150. Unfortunately any orders over this, we are not able to process and deliver due to Brexit.

 

Standard Delivery services do not apply to weekends or bank holidays.

Courier deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you are not in to receive your order you may have to pick it up from your local depot or rearrange delivery.

If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the dispatch e-mail please contact us immediately.

If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
